Ferrmont is specializing on warranty and after-warranty service for machinery equipment at WWTPs. A matter of course is the highest comfort for our clients, who can anytime use an online link in case of any issues. Our customer care does not finish by the day when warranty expires but we are trying to prevent potential failure of machinery and to keep them continuously in best condition.
We are also offering the service for equipment we did not deliver. The team of our experienced service staff can quickly analyze the problem and offer the solution also in a break-down situation and we always try to solve the problem as fast as possible.
Thanks to our own manufacturing facility in the town Púchov we are flexible enough to ensure a necessary solution. We offer the service of well-known brands as e.g. Grundfos, Robuschi, Wilo, Sigma.
